Hot Wings Challenge with Friends of Feeney

What happens when you mix friendship, fierce competition, and fiery hot wings? You get one unforgettable night — the Hot Wings Challenge with Friends of Feeney! Held at Luna Pizza in West Hartford, the event brought together a lively crowd for a night of laughter, spice, and support for the Ron Foley Foundation. Special thanks to Team RFF runner, Avi Smith-Rapaport, who braved increasingly spicy wings — all for a great cause.

Each donation helped “turn up the heat,” with the crowd cheering on as the competitors faced off against some of the hottest wings around, including the notorious Da Bomb! Despite the sweat and tears, the participants stayed strong, keeping the fun and energy high throughout the night.

Beyond the spice and laughter, the event had a meaningful purpose: to raise awareness and funds for Ron’s Rescue. Donations from the evening go directly toward assisting patients with essential expenses like medical bills, housing costs, and transportation.

A huge thank you goes out to everyone who came, donated, and cheered on the brave challengers. Your support helps make a real difference in the lives of those facing pancreatic cancer!
