Buddy Bash at Camp Courant

We had such a wonderful time celebrating at the 25th annual Buddy Bash at Hartford’s Camp Courant! This milestone event brought together friends, supporters, and community leaders in honor of Camp Courant’s mission as the nation’s oldest and largest FREE summer day camp, which has provided generations of Hartford’s children with a safe, fun, and enriching place to grow, learn, and play.

One of the evening’s highlights was honoring Jendayi Scott-Miller, who received the Leadership and Legacy Award. This well-deserved recognition celebrates Jendayi’s remarkable dedication to empowering young people and creating opportunities across the Hartford community. Her leadership and impact serve as an inspiration to all of us.

We’re also deeply grateful for the opportunity to partner with Angel of Edgewood, whose work continues to uplift and strengthen families and children in our community. Together, celebrations like the Buddy Bash remind us of the power of collaboration, compassion, and commitment to making Hartford a brighter place for the next generation.
